The usual method is I will go to the property, take photographs as references, then draw them at home. The types of illustrations I do can be seen in the architectural rendering gallery portion of the site. I do not do blueprints. pricing I charge $60 for black and white images, and $100 for colored. If you ask for 4 or more images, there is a discount reducing each image to $40 for black and white, and $80 for colored. payment Payment is primarily by check or cash, but Paypal is also acceptable.   COMMISSIONS Generally, pictures will take about a week or two to complete. During holidays and college finals, it may take longer. For both personal and professional commissions, email me to make a request and receive details. personal commissions Personal commissions are for personal use only. They are not meant to be redistributed, edited, or sold. Apart from that, the you may do as you wish (print it out and hang it on your wall, put it on your desktop, etc--it doesn't matter). professional commissions Professional commissions can be CD covers, book illustrations, nice character designs/sheets, posters, and so on. People looking for long-term comic artists, please keep in mind that my own comics take top priority, and so I may not have the time or energy to work on an entire comic by myself. prices The price of a picture mainly depends on the size, the content, and how finished you want it. A tiny 4x5" cartoon sketch will only be about $5, whereas a large, 30x40" colored illustration can go up to $100. Full backgrounds add $10. Buying the copyrights to an image will make the cost increase exponentially. If you simply buy a copy of an already-made image from this website, it will be cheaper. payment Payment is carried out through Paypal, but if you are not comfortable with online transactions, we can use a different method. please don't ask for...
